ESG View is a monitoring dashboard that tracks a companies environmental, social and governance scores, related news, and adherence to international standards.

As the lead Product Designer on the team, I played a key role in shaping the product's features and user experience.

THE PROCESS

Collaborated with my product partner to create a multi-phase plan to launch an MVP while considering data uncertainty, future integrations, and acquisitions.

A modular dashboard presents well-organized information, specifically designed to give users a quick and concise summary of key data points creating a more seamless user flow.

This structure improves usability and navigation, enabling efficient decision-making and easy expansion for growing analytical needs.

MEETING OUR BUSINESS GOALS

A second phase of the ESG product merges data that was previously lived in separate products, simplifying the process and providing better insights.

As a result, significant changes were made to the pricing model increasing sales by 1MM.

ACCOUNTING FOR TWO MAJOR PERSONAS

This two-tiered approach enables both an overview and in-depth examination of relevant information.

A secondary detailed view of data and methodologies is essential for a deeper analysis.

User Testing Methodology

8 moderated sessions on Zoom using a basic Figma prototype to test content, and 7 sessions with a detailed prototype to test user flow and design.

Created a north star design concepts while defining MVP features that aligned with our business objective to integrate multiple acquisitions into one cohesive dashboard

This was a market differentiator that facilitated 16 new sales contracts and $1MM in revenue since launching in October
