MEETING OUR BUSINESS GOALS
A second phase of the ESG product merges data that was previously lived in separate products, simplifying the process and providing better insights.
As a result, significant changes were made to the pricing model increasing sales by 1MM.
ACCOUNTING FOR TWO MAJOR PERSONAS
This two-tiered approach enables both an overview and in-depth examination of relevant information.
A secondary detailed view of data and methodologies is essential for a deeper analysis.
User Testing Methodology
8 moderated sessions on Zoom using a basic Figma prototype to test content, and 7 sessions with a detailed prototype to test user flow and design.
