ESG View is a monitoring dashboard that tracks a companies environmental, social and governance scores, related news, and adherence to international standards.

As the lead Product Designer on the team, I played a key role in shaping the product's features and user experience.

PRIMARY PRODUCT GOAL

A modular dashboard presents well-organized information, specifically designed to give users a quick and concise summary of key data points - creating a more cohesive and effective user flow.

This structure improves usability and navigation, enabling efficient decision-making and easy expansion for growing analytical needs.

ACCOUNTING FOR TWO MAJOR PERSONAS

A secondary detailed view of data and methodologies is essential for a deeper analysis.

This two-tiered approach enables both an overview and in-depth examination of relevant information that meets the needs of an ESG expert and novice.

MEETING OUR BUSINESS GOALS

A second phase of the ESG product merges Moody’s ESG scores and Assessment scores to improve customer experience.

This makes it easier for users to compare data that was previously separate, simplifying the process and providing better insights.

As a result, significant changes were made to the pricing model increasing sales by 1MM.

This was a market differentiator that facilitated 16 new sales contracts and $1MM in revenue since launching in October
